Terms of use — hosaka connector (ono-sendai)

  1. Service. The connector gives your assistant read-only access to hosaka's music data: artist identity, discography facts, labels, tracks, gigs, similarity and discovery signals, each with attribution. It is provided by hosaka-fm "as is"; data comes from hosaka's sources and may be incomplete — gaps are reported as gaps, not guessed.
  2. Accounts and allowances. Anonymous use is a small shared preview. A linked hosaka account receives a temporary monthly allowance during the interim period (until hosaka billing is connected); limits are stated in get_usage. No purchase happens inside the assistant.
  3. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to bulk-extract or redistribute hosaka data, circumvent limits, probe other users' accounts, or present third-party text returned for display as hosaka's statement. Automated abuse is limited and may lead to suspension.
  4. Licensing and attribution. Responses carry attribution to hosaka and the named sources; keep it when you present the data. Some facets are licensed for non-commercial or share-alike use by their sources and are therefore not exposed; what is exposed is listed in the connector's hosaka://capabilities resource.
  5. Availability. Capacity is shared and protected automatically; the service may pause anonymous access or individual tools when the protection ladder is raised. There is no uptime guarantee during the interim period.
  6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law hosaka-fm is not liable for decisions taken on the data; the data is informational.
  7. Changes. Terms change with notice on this page; the footer date is the version. Questions: support.

Provenance

This text is the hosaka connector’s own legal copy, reproduced word for word from ono-sendai src/http/legal.ts at commit a447f2b on 2026-10-13, with two rule-based changes and no others: the connector’s own navigation line is not shown (this site has its own), and its links to the connector’s /legal/* pages point at these pages. ono-sendai is the source of truth: its tests hold this copy to the connector’s code constants, and a test here fails if this page and the pinned source disagree.

Version: the connector’s footer reads “hosaka-fm · ono-sendai (the hosaka connector for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients) · updated 2026-10-03” — that date is the version of this text, as the text itself says. The connector serves the same text at mcp-staging.hosaka.fm/legal/terms, the host its own documentation lists as live.

The three connector documents: privacy policy, terms of use, support.
